While TempCorner may facilitate background checks on workers in many cases, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information. It is your responsibility to conduct any additional due diligence you deem necessary.
6. Payment
You agree to pay the agreed-upon hourly rates to the workers you hire through the platform. TempCorner may facilitate payment processing, but we are not a party to any transactions between you and the workers.
7. No Fees for Full-Time Hiring
TempCorner does not charge any fees if you decide to hire a worker you found through our platform on a full-time basis.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TempCorner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
* Violate any applicable law or regulation.
* Infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
